The stay was very enjoyable, with a clean room and comfortable amenities. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful with all requests, including printing important documents. The location is convenient, with nearby dining options and easy access to the highway. I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi which allowed me to work efficiently during my stay.

The desk clerk was pleasant and did her best to accommodate guests, juggling multiple roles as the only staff member present. However, the room showed clear signs of neglect with peeling wallpaper and dirty carpets, and the late-night check-in process was chaotic due to the lack of personnel. Additionally, unsettling experiences with other guests raised safety concerns. Dining was limited, but Chinese dishes were a highlight for some travelers.

Clean rooms, nice staff, but parking feels unsafe at night.

We explored the Oklahoma City National Memorial & Museum and caught a live concert on the lawn nearby. The rooms were clean, and breakfast had a great selection. Just a heads up, the HVAC system in our room was a bit noisy, but overall, it didn’t take away from our fun.

Had a great stay! The breakfast was excellent with tasty gravy and the room was spacious and clean. Really enjoyed being able to stay an extra hour, too!

The room I stayed in had multiple cleanliness issues, including stained carpets and bedding that looked quite tired. Additionally, the restroom countertop appeared neglected, and I faced maintenance troubles with a constantly running toilet. Breakfast options weren’t available as the hotel was undergoing renovations, which was a bummer since I’d heard good things. Lastly, the simple request for an iron ended up requiring extra effort, which added to a feeling of inconvenience during the stay.
